John Ward, Mt. Sterling artist, and the late Dr. Robert Haynes, educator, collaborated to create a unique piece of art documenting Mt. Sterling's origin. John Ward illustrated and Dr. Haynes wrote the content. John donated a copy of the artwork to the Montgomery County History Museum. The museum is open 10 a.m. - 2 p.m., Tuesday - Saturday.
